ASURIA, one of Australia’s leading employment services providers, has been appointed by the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) across Sydney’s South-Western Macarthur region from November 1, 2025. IEA replaces the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program.
With over 40 years of experience, Asuria has successfully delivered the DES program since 2018, achieving strong and sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.

The IEA program aims to help people with disability, injury, or a health condition secure and sustain meaningful employment, while also supporting employers to adopt inclusive recruitment and workplace practices.

Asuria will deliver the IEA program across Sydney’s South-western Macarthur region, including locations such as Ingleburn, Camden, Narellan, Eagle Vale and Campbelltown.
