QUEST FOR LIFE RETURNS TO CAMPBELLTOWN
With a new WELLBEING WORKSHOP
RESIDENTS across the Macarthur region are invited to take part in Your Life Matters, an empowering, practical workshop for anyone experiencing life’s pressures and challenges.

For those whose mental, emotional or personal resources feel depleted, this is an invitation to take time out to reconnect, restore balance and strengthen resilience through simple, effective tools and strategies.

Presented by the Quest for Life Foundation, Your Life Matters will run on Saturday, May 23, 2026 and offers participants the opportunity to build resilience in the face of challenging circumstances; the importance of self-care and how to incorporate it into daily life; easy ways to include relaxation in everyday routines; and how to manage emotions and recognise signs of burnout.

Led by Quest for Life facilitator and wellbeing specialist Kate Szymanski, the workshop will be held at the Campbelltown Catholic Club from 9:30am to 3:00pm.

The cost is $150 ($120 for eligible concession card holders, e.g. seniors/students), and includes morning tea, all materials and a copy of Petrea King’s book Your Life Matters. Places are limited.

Bookings: 1300 941 488 or visit: https://questforlife.org/yourlifemattersmacarthur
