FACING DISABILITY WORKFORCE ISSUES
ASURIA, one of Australia’s leading employment services providers, has been appointed by the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) across Sydney’s South-Western Macarthur region from November 1, 2025. IEA replaces the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program.

The IEA program aims to help people with disability, injury, or a health condition secure and sustain meaningful employment, while also supporting employers to adopt inclusive recruitment and workplace practices.
